You have made a large contribution to educating people about public health issues. I regularly read your writing and appreciate your thoughtful approach to the issues.Thank you very much!
You gave so many people such good advice during Covid. Just to have a knowledgeable person to take questions and answer them was comforting. You didn't have to do that, but you did, and that says a lot about you. Covid is not over and I continue to read your informative E-mails weekly. Keep up the good work!
When the lockdown first started we were very isolated. After a couple of months we formed a “pod” with our daughter, husband and their kids. It was so much easier to navigate this unknown territory. The best memories were from us discovering local parks. We went on several walks with the kids who loved discovering things in the woods and creeks. Our most fun memory came from a day where we all just had to get out during the winter. We decided to drive to all the local doughnut shops and order glazed doughnuts from each place. We then had a “taste test” and rated each one. Weird, but fun and a sanity (but not calorie!) saver.
Thank you Becky! I will always remember how fortunate we all were to have your expertise during that time and will never forget that role you played in our community
During lockdown, I worked from a makeshift office on my porch. I got to spend a lot of quality time out there with my two aging dogs who have since died. They absolutely loved me being home all day. Precious memories!!!

This is amazing. We love taste tests! A donut taste test is such a fabulous idea. Cheers to pod families!
It was fun! And thank you for all your information then and now. It remains very helpful and a reality check.

Your porch is the best. And we all have fond memories of Luke and Leia. ❤️
